Donald G. Kelly


Donald Kelly has been practicing law in Louisiana since 1966 when he was admitted to the Louisiana state bar. He attended college at Northwestern State University before receiving his J.D. at LSU. In addition to practicing in his home state, Donald Kelly is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.


Donald Kelly is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Natchitoches Parish Bar Association, the Louisiana Association of Justice, and the American Association of Justice.


Donald Kelly is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the US Court of Appeals for the 5th and 8th circuits, and the US District courts for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Louisiana.


For 2 decades, Donald Kelly served as a Louisiana state senator from 1976 to 1996. He is also a former President of the Louisiana Association for Justice.

William L. Townsend III


William Townsend attended Northwestern State University for his undergraduate education and Louisiana State University for his J.D. He was admitted to the Louisiana bar in 1986 and has been practicing ever since. He is a member of the Natchitoches Parish Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association of Justice, and the Louisiana Association for Justice. He serves on the Board of Governors.


William Townsend is licensed to practice before all the state courts in Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th circuit.

Keenan K. Kelly


Keenan K. Kelly received his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern State University in 1990 before earning his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 1993. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Louisiana Association of Justice, and Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He has been selected as a Louisiana Super Lawyer and one of the Top Lawyers of Louisiana. He has served as the Vice President of the Natchitoches Parish Bar Association, Member of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s House of Delegates, Member, and Chair of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Legislation Committee and the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Nominating Committee. In 2017 he was honored by receiving the Louisiana State Bar Association President’s Award. 


Keenan K. Kelly is licensed to practice in all state courts in Louisiana and Texas, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

William C. Townsend


William C. Townsend, a Natchitoches native, attended Southern Arkansas University on a baseball scholarship and earned the Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2015 before enrolling at Northwestern State University, where he completed his collegiate baseball career and earned the Master of Science degree in Sports Administration in 2017. 


He is a cum laude graduate of Southern University Law Center and was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2020. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Louisiana Association for Justice.
